One of the questions we get asked all the time is:
"Will this light work in my home?"
And the truth is, the best way to answer that question is with samples.
At Lightingales, we have created our showroom to be a place where decisions feel easier. We know building, renovating or even updating a room can feel overwhelming, especially when you're trying to coordinate colours, textures and finishes from multiple suppliers.
That's why we always encourage our clients to bring their samples into the showroom.
Bring your floorboards. Bring your benchtop selections. Bring your tiles, paint colours, cabinetry finishes, tapware samples, stone selections and fabric swatches. The more information we have, the better advice we can give.
Lighting isn't something that exists on its own. A pendant that looks perfect against one stone can feel completely different against another. A brass finish can either complement your tapware beautifully or compete with it. Seeing everything together helps create a cohesive and intentional space.
Our showroom is filled with samples from many of our suppliers, including timber finishes, metal finishes, glass colours and material samples. Having these on hand allows us to compare products side by side and help you visualise how everything will work together in your home.
We often find that bringing samples into store saves our clients time, money and stress. It gives confidence in the decision-making process and helps avoid costly mistakes later.
Fresh eyes also make a difference.
You've probably looked at your plans hundreds of times. We spend every day working with lighting, considering how spaces function and how light impacts the feeling of a room. Sometimes a simple conversation and a few samples on the table can completely change the direction of a project for the better.
So next time you visit us, don't come empty-handed.
Bring the samples.
We'll put everything together, talk through your options and help you find lighting that feels like it was always meant to be there.
Because choosing lighting should be exciting, not overwhelming.
See you in the showroom.
