What is a Home Consultation with Bec & Steve?
Our personalised home consultations are designed to bring both style and function to your space.
What’s included:
• A full on-site consultation with Bec and Steve.
• A tailored schedule of ideas for decorative and functional lighting.
• Comprehensive specifications and a detailed quote for all proposed lighting.
• Ongoing support to guide you through your lighting journey.
Terms:
• Minimum 1-hour site visit (including travel).
• $500 consultation fee, payable prior to the visit.
• $500 credit, fully redeemable on in-store purchases over $2,000.

We’re a small batch business, which means we don’t carry endless stock. Many of our lights are custom-made or ordered specifically for you. This ensures your lighting is unique and not mass-produced.
How long will my order take?

Lead times vary depending on the brand and whether the piece is custom-made. Many arrive within 2–6 weeks, while specialty or handcrafted lights can take longer. We’ll confirm the estimated timeline when you place your order.

Because many of our lights are made to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Of course, if your light arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll organise a replacement as quickly as possible.

Absolutely. Our showroom in Jandakot, Perth is open Tuesday to Saturday. Come in to see and feel the quality of our collections before you buy.
